My bit today was about what the future of work will look like in 2025 and what should be done to prepare for that. It touches on the topics of workplace, organisation, and leadership development, and is based on pretty robust data.
Jason talked about how AI will affect work and what that will look like. Not as scary as people think, but very interesting.
