Program Design & Development

The Program Design and Development consulting package offers you the opportunity to receive a fully created new program including all relevant learning transfer mechanisms.

This video gives you details about how the service works. Additional information about how we can help you is further down the page.

Project Scope

We start the collaboration process early with you to make sure that the scope and outcome of the program fits your organizational needs. We also manage stakeholder expectations to make sure that goals are balanced across the organization. Once this is confirmed we start the program design and development process, with full disclosure. The program will be stress-tested before the whole final outcome of the project is created with full deliverables.
