This course is designed to be run live in your offices over two days with a PTT™ expert to guide you through the whole process. You’ll work with other participants in your company who share your need to create learning that makes a difference. There is some preparation work and some follow up work before the whole program is completed, so our course is fully optimized for learning transfer, and is designed to be useful, relevant, and actionable in actual work.
The whole program comprises two live sessions with a PTT™ expert and other members from your company or division. During the sessions you will focus on answering the difficult questions surrounding learning transfer and application of PTT™ theories.
You’ll also work through the activities step by step, facilitated by your expert, using a work sample from your company. We’ll support your group throughout the learning process at every step to make sure that your investment in this course pays dividends for your company.
To get the most out of your time, we’ll assign work to do before we meet and after the sessions have finished. To support that, there are written and video resources, tools and templates to help with your future application of PTT™ concepts, and an opportunities to test your ideas with the expert.

- Investigation of how to optimise your project for learning transfer
- Construction of a final training project with full learning transfer capability
