Jason has been designing and delivering industry-leading learning for major clients in Japan and Asia-Pac for more than 25 years. In 2012, along with Ian Townley, he began developing the principles of Practical Training Transfer and has been successfully deploying those principles with his clients ever since.
Having now supported more than 50,000 learning participants since the 1990’s, Jason has become a respected figure in the training community. In Japan, he is a director of the Association for Talent Development (ATD) Japan Global Network. He regularly speaks at L&D events and frequently writes for HR related media like @jinji and Jinji Management.
As well as having a significant presence in the Asia-Pac region, Jason is a regular speaker for ATD’s International conference in the U.S. and is a contributor to various respected publications.
As a thought leader in the learning design and transfer space, Jason welcomes opportunities to discuss and implement PTT strategies and tactics to facilitate meaningful change in workplace learning interventions.
