The PTT Manager as a Strategic Learning Partner accelerator program is for managers who need to level up their team development skills and optimise training interventions for their team. It runs asynchronously via the Promote Learning Platform. We optimise practical techniques and create person-to-person interactions designed specifically for you. The program runs over 4 weeks and is designed for immediate application.
Program content
The program has two streams designed to optimise knowledge, skills acquisition and training application in real work. You will become a focal point for team development through the support and application of training programs.
Stream 1: This stream is for established managers who need to take the next step up. The stream has a project format where team collaboration and shared goals are key. Managers will elevate cooperation and support skills to balance out already planning and communication skills. This stream is ideal for managers who want to take their hands off the wheel and achieve success through team support tactics.
Stream 2: This stream is for new managers who need to learn management best practices in the key areas of Planning, Communication, Team support and Activity coordination. The stream allows new managers to learn and practice new skills in a safe environment with the support of a mentor. Managers will have the space and facilities to learn from each other. A peer-to-peer cohort environment ensures that managers are ready to hit the ground running at the end of the program.

- Assess learning programs for team members suitability, manager support, support for manager
- Input personal expertise for learning program design and set up for success
- Plan for program marketing and support communication for learners
