Hi everyone. The third edition of the PTT Quarterly review is now ready to download and read. It includes four main parts:
- What PTT did over the last three months
- What we saw in the industry that is worth looking at more
- What’s coming up this quarter for PTT
- The 12 levers of learning transfer effectiveness survey
The review is below but in summary we welcomed Ina Weinbauer- Heidel and Masha Ibeschitz from the Institute of Transfer Effectiveness to Tokyo to give a talk about 12 Levers of Transfer Effectiveness. We attended the Fast Co. Innovation festival in New York not only to learn about innovation but to run a learning transfer program with a client.
We’ve also published our first print article for ATD and hosted a webcast for the learning community through ATD. All the details are in the review.
We’ve got book recommendations and a review of BridgeCon in London to reflect on.
Finally, Ina and Masha conducted a survey of learning transfer activity and perceptions with our Learning Innovation Forum attendees in Tokyo. The results are in the review, so have a look at those too, and please tell us what you think.
