Hi all. A while ago, on the back of our success writing for ATD, we were approached by Training Industry dot com to write an article for their online blog. The theme they were most interested in was how to correctly involve managers in learning projects.
What we all know is that manager involvement is essential in some projects to get traction and to assist with the application of learning in the workplace. However, what research and experience tells us is that some projects need managers to get involved, and some don’t. Have a look at the article if you’re interested in knowing why managers should be involved in learning and how best to use their time and know-how.
Enjoy.
