How and when to use collaborative learning in your learning designs

Once in a while there are topics or trends in L&D that can’t be ignored. One that has been building for a few years is Collaborative learning. The issue with trends is that people try to use them for all kinds of things. In this case, it would be to try and use collaborative learning for any type of training.

What we at PTT have found is that collaboration in learning transfer works really well for some types of training but not for others. This article sets out when it’s best to use collaboration in your designs and when you don’t need to.
